Bakeboost + Google Calendar

Copying delivery and collection dates into your personal calendar by hand is tedious and easy to forget. Add one private link to Google or Apple Calendar and every order shows up automatically — and keeps itself up to date.

What you can do

  • See every order in Google or Apple Calendar, with delivery/collection times.
  • Get reminders the day before and on the morning of each order.
  • The feed updates itself as orders change — no manual copying.

How to set it up

  1. 1Go to Settings and choose Generate calendar link.
  2. 2Copy the private link and add it to Google Calendar (Add by URL) or Apple Calendar.
  3. 3That's it — your orders appear and stay in sync automatically.
The feed is read-only and privacy-safe: it carries the order number and date, not customer names or addresses. Calendars refresh on Google/Apple's own schedule, so updates can take a little while to appear.

Common questions

Can I sync Bakeboost with Google Calendar?
Yes. Generate a private calendar link in Settings and add it to Google Calendar — every order then appears automatically and updates as things change.
Does it work with Apple Calendar too?
Yes. The same private link works in Apple Calendar (and any calendar app that supports subscribing to a URL).
Will my customers' details show up in my calendar?
No. The feed is privacy-safe — it carries the order number and date only, not customer names, addresses or item details.
How quickly does the calendar update?
The feed updates itself, but calendar apps refresh on their own schedule (often a few hours), so new or changed orders can take a little while to appear.
