Bakeboost + Square
Running a market stall or a shopfront as well as online orders usually means two disconnected systems. Connect Square and take card payments online and at the counter — walk-in sales ring up on the Bakeboost POS and land as orders like any other.
What you can do
- Take card payments on your online storefront and via pay-online invoice links.
- Ring up walk-in sales at the counter with the Bakeboost POS (cash or card).
- Every sale lands in Bakeboost as an order, so your books stay in one place.
How to set it up
- 1For online payments: open your E-commerce settings and choose Add Square, then authorise the connection.
- 2For the counter: open POS and take payment through your connected Square account.
Square is only available in the countries it supports — for example it is not available in Mexico. If Square doesn't serve your country, use Stripe instead.

Selling at the counter with POSCommon questions
- Does Bakeboost work with Square?
- Yes. You connect your own Square account to take card payments online and to ring up walk-in sales at the counter with the Bakeboost POS.
- Can I use Square for my market stall or shop counter?
- Yes. The Bakeboost POS takes payment through Square for walk-in sales, and each sale lands in Bakeboost as an order.
- Is Square available in my country?
- Square works only in the countries it supports and is not available everywhere — for example it isn't available in Mexico. If Square doesn't serve your country, Bakeboost also supports Stripe.
